Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Registration Cancellation

Participants may request cancellation of an event registration before the registration deadline stated on the event page. After the deadline, cancellations are subject to the event organizer's policy and may not be permitted.

To cancel a registration, contact your institution/academy/coach/parents administrator or reach out through the platform support channels with your registration ID.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are processed only when an event is officially cancelled by the organizer.
  • Duplicate payments or verified payment errors are eligible for full refund after review.
  • Partial refunds for individual withdrawal may be granted at the discretion of the event organizer.
  • Affiliation fees are generally non-refundable once verification is complete.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Offline payments verified by administrators follow the same timeline once approval is recorded.
