Pricing Policy

1. Event Registration Fees

Registration fees for competitions are set by event organizers and displayed clearly on each event page before you complete registration. Fees may vary by activity, age group, and competition level (district, state, national, or international).

All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Affiliation Fees

Administrative affiliation fees for institutions and officials are published on the Admin Affiliations page. Fees are role-based and may be updated annually with prior notice.

3. Taxes and Payment Processing

Applicable taxes (including GST) are added at checkout where required by law. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Offline payment options, where available, are subject to admin verification before registration is confirmed.

4. Price Changes

SOA and affiliated event organizers reserve the right to update fees. Changes to published event fees will not affect registrations already completed and paid. Affiliation fee changes will be communicated in advance on the platform.
