How schools, academies, coaches, and parents register participants in bulk, manage payments, track approvals, and access team certificates.
Institution/Academy/Coach/Parents representatives must be 18+ and register via the organization signup page.

Create organization account
Register with your organization name and address. You must be 18 or older to create a institution/academy/coach/parents account.
Keep organization name and address accurate — they appear on all registrations.

Navigate to Register Participants
Go to Registration Management in the sidebar, then click on "Register Participants". Alternatively, click on an event from "My Events" to start registration for that specific event.

Create organization account
Register with your organization name and address. You must be 18 or older to create a institution/academy/coach/parents account.

After login, use the Institution/Academy/Coach/Parents Dashboard for quick links to events, registrations, and participant registration.

Select event & activities
Go to My Events or Register Participants. Pick an event and one or more activities for your students.

Enter participant details for each student or team. Save drafts per participant when registering many students.

Submit & pay
Submit registrations (status: Pending), then pay online or offline for all participants. Status moves to Under Review after payment.

Account & access
- Only institution/academy/coach/parents accounts can bulk-register participants.
- Keep organization name and address accurate — they appear on registrations.
- One organization account can manage all participants for that school, academy, or group.
Bulk registration tips
- Register participants activity by activity — use search to find games quickly.
- Save drafts for each participant before moving to the next to avoid data loss.
- Upload clear documents for every participant (photo, birth certificate, ID).
- Double-check team member lists before submitting team registrations.
Payments & approvals
- Online payment uses Razorpay; offline payment requires receipt upload and admin verification.
- All registrations need admin approval after payment — plan ahead of deadlines.
- Use All Registrations filters (status, payment, event) to find items needing action.
- Contact the event admin if approvals are delayed more than 48 hours after verified payment.

- View available events in My Events or browse events

Frequently Asked Questions
I cannot register participants
Ensure you are logged in with a institution/academy/coach/parents account. Verify that your account is active and has proper permissions. If you need access, contact your system administrator or support team to set up your account.
How do I make bulk registrations?
Go to Register Participants and look for the bulk registration option. You can either use the bulk registration form to enter multiple participants at once, or upload a CSV file with participant data. Ensure your CSV file follows the required format with columns for name, date of birth, contact information, and selected activities.
Registration is pending approval for a long time
Registrations require admin verification after payment. Ensure you have completed payment (online or uploaded offline receipt) and submitted all required documents. Check the registration status in All Registrations. If pending for more than 48 hours after payment, contact the event administrator or support team.
I cannot see an event in the registration list
Events only appear if they are open for registration and your organization is eligible. Check if the event registration period has started and if your organization meets the eligibility criteria. Contact the event administrator if you believe you should have access.
Payment was made but registration still shows as unpaid
For offline payments, the status updates after admin verification. If you paid online, check your payment confirmation email. If payment was successful but status hasn't updated, contact support with your payment transaction ID for verification.
How do I edit a submitted registration?
You can edit registrations that are still in "Pending" status. Go to All Registrations, find the registration, and click Edit. Once a registration is approved, you may need to contact the event administrator for changes. Rejected registrations can be edited and resubmitted.
Where can I view event schedules and results?
Go to My Events and click on the event you're interested in. You'll see event details, schedules, tie sheets, fixtures, and results when they are published by the event administrators. Results are typically available after the event completion.
